Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your original item and place a new separate order once your return is approved.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

- Processing takes up to 10 business days
- Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund
